this is what I did last year in August, preparing a friend for cold weather.

She asked me to knit a pony tail hat for her, and I did.

You see the first cable I knit on the brim, too.

And the first set of fibonacci numbers in the colour changes.

She loves the hat, and it finally got cold enough, she can really use it, too.
